Tales of Cloth – English Paper Piecing
Workshop @ Treehouse Textiles Mornington Store
We are delighted to welcome Jodi from Tales of Cloth to Treehouse Textiles to teach English Paper Piecing, a traditional way of patchwork with a totally modern aesthetic.
Jodi Godfrey and her husband Tim recently moved their 3 kids and their English Paper Piecing business, Tales of Cloth, to the beautiful little town of Castlemaine, Victoria. They have been combining their quilting and engineering super powers to laser cut English Paper Pieces for just over a year, now running the business from the top floor of the old Castlemaine Hospital. Jodi loves to discover all the different patterns that can made by combining and playing with traditional paper shapes, and then using colour and print to enhance the designs.
